Delivery Costs

Shipping is a flat rate of £3.35.

Deliveries are by either Royal Mail 1st Class or our chosen courier. We aim to deliver within three working days but please allow 14 days for delivery. If you require your goods sooner, please contact us so we can make other arrangements.

We can take no responsibility for late delivery by Royal Mail or courier.

Prices and payment

Prices are in British Pounds and include VAT at the current UK rates, where applicable.

As orders are personalised and made to your individual requirements, payment is required prior to print and despatch. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as is practicable and refund any payment you have made, in full.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible as your order may be completed within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. We may be unable to refund the full cost of your purchase if your goods have already been made to your design requirements. We will always refund the delivery costs if your order has not been despatched.

Product Images and descriptions

Colour, design and make of shirt may vary.

We try to ensure that the product images you see on our website are as true a reflection as possible to the actual products, however please be aware that colours may vary depending on your monitor settings, the software or printer that you use.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions whenever we deem necessary. Changes will come into force as soon as they are posted onto the website.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
