Image Care Instructions

We know you most probably know this but all the same, just in case….

When you first receive your garment it may be slightly sticky or feel slightly oily inside due to the printing process. This is normal and will disappear after the first wash. 30° Machine wash.

The Discharge ink shirts MUST BE WASHED before first wear!

SCREEN PRINTED COLOUR CHANGING SHIRTS

Plastisol. You can tell these by a section of the shirt changing colour in the sun (clever eh?). Machine washable on cold or cool – no bleach-recommended.

Hang dry or cool dryer.

Light fastness – Orange inks are slowest to fade. Colours mixed with orange will be slow to fade. All other colours fade relatively fast; especially purple and blues. The longer you leave it in the sun, the less reactive it will become, store out of sunlight when not wearing it.

Do not iron image! (it will stick to your iron, ruin this shirt and the iron and any subsequent shirts eek!). Iron cool inside out, or hang dry.

DISCHARGE INK SHIRTS OR HOODIES

These should be washed before first use as the chemicals used to produce the image can react with the skin. The shirts can be washed as normal and worn as normal after first wash. Machine washable, Tumble dry normal and iron normally. The image will last as long as the shirt or hoody!

TRANSFER SHIRTS OR HOODIES

Machine wash normally, inside out in 30° water. Dry at low heat settings. Do not dry clean. Do not use bleach. Iron inside out. If the colours fade a bit, iron image with a silicone sheet to rejuvenate it.
